Project Detail
REH Project Development has identified a portfolio of 8 hydro power sites with a total capacity of 50MW in the Luapula province of Zambia. These projects will be developed by New Africa Power (NAP), a Mauritian registered project developer. NAP has raised developed funding from Norfund, responsAbility Renewable Energy Holdings (rAREH) and Vineyard. REH Project Development has been contracted as the project manager for the development. It is intended that these projects will qualify for the proposed Zambian renewable energy feed-in tariff programme.
